Gippsland Regional Forum

Back to events

LiverWELL is delighted to collaborate with the Gippsland Region Public Health Unit to provide a space for workers in the sector to talk about working together in the hope of achieving viral hepatitis elimination by 2030.

Participants at our regional forums have told us that their favourite aspect of our forums is networking – health workers coming together and meeting others in their field and in their region. The results are sharing of information, and ultimately a stronger health workforce.

Because of this, networking is the primary focus of our upcoming Gippsland Regional Forum, which will support healthcare workers in the Gippsland region to come together in person, build connections and improve care pathways for patients.

Hear an epidemiological update of the region, and short presentations on viral hepatitis and liver health review, and care cascades in Gippsland. Networking workshops will be held to foster strong connections and collaborations between different health services.
