This 1-hour webinar will focus on strategies for managing anal cancer risk for people living with HIV.

This webinar focuses on the nurses’ role in providing care for people living with HIV who are at risk of anal cancer.

Developed by nurses, this interactive session will include insights from a person with lived experience of HIV, a presentation, case study and polls.

Learning Objectives
  • Identify priority populations and risk factors for anal cancer
  • Assess how often PWHIV should be screened for anal cancer
  • Discuss how to incorporate Digital Ano Rectal Examination (DARE) into routine HIV practice
  • Implement education and strategies for patients to help prevent anal cancer
